Factory path · 工厂流程

ZHZN only · 仅 ZHZN

Photo print is optional. A cabinet with no printer still ships. Power-bank doors and Nayax readers, if fitted, must be scanned onto this kiosk before sign-off. 照片打印机是选配，没有打印机的机柜照常发运。若安装了充电宝仓或 Nayax 读卡器，签字前必须把贴纸扫到本机。

Install the ZHZN Android APK, ai.intelliverse.zhzn.kioskx. Follow Android install and operator handover before these tests. 请先安装 ZHZN 安卓应用并完成设备所有者配置和注册，再执行以下测试。

1. What must pass · 必须通过的测试

Camera, speaker, mic, touch, screen, vend board. The board port (/dev/ttyS* or USB adapter) and camera id must be identified. 摄像头、喇叭、麦克风、触摸、屏幕、出货主板必须全部通过。必须识别主板串口和摄像头编号。

Verify kiosk lockdown and test every fitted security device before handover. 交接前确认自助模式锁定有效，并测试所有实际安装的安全设备。

2. Accessories · 配件（三项各自独立）

Accessory writes currently require authorized cabinet-authenticated bench tooling via /zhzn/factory-attach; there is no accessory scan/write screen in the current Android or operator apps. Follow the credential and sequencing steps in the full sign-off guide. 配件绑定目前需使用机柜认证的授权工位工具；当前应用没有配件扫码写入界面。请按完整签核指南操作。

Photo print · 照片打印机 — optional 选配

Record whether a printer is actually fitted using the authorized bench workflow. Do not invent a serial. A model name helps; a sticker is not required. The current Android app does not contain Fitted/Not fitted accessory controls. 请由授权工位工具记录打印机实际安装状态，不要编造序列号。型号可选；当前安卓应用没有配件安装状态按钮。

If fitted, verify a real print before advertising printing. 若安装打印机，请先完成实际打印测试，再向顾客提供打印服务。

Power bank · 充电宝仓 — scan the door QR

If a sharing cabinet is bolted on, scan the Kiosk-X door sticker (or the Qbee TPQBEEPA… id). Read back the saved binding for this cabinet; resolve bindError and verify bound before signing. 若安装共享充电宝，请扫描仓门上的 Kiosk-X 贴纸（或 Qbee 编号），再读取本机保存的绑定结果。签字前必须解决 bindError 并确认 bound。

Nayax · 读卡器 — Device Number, not Machine ID

Record the actual reader's Device Number, preserving every leading zero. Do not substitute the Machine ID from Nayax Core. Read back the binding and match it to the physically wired reader; scanning alone is incomplete. 记录实际读卡器的设备号，并保留所有前导零。不要使用 Nayax Core 的 Machine ID。必须读取绑定结果，并核对实际接线的读卡器；仅扫码不代表绑定完成。

3. Sign-off · 验收签字

Resolve the blockers, enter your name and employee ID, affirm the statement and sign once. Wait for SIGNED, record the certificate reference and verify the saved certificate belongs to this cabinet. If the reply is lost, inspect the saved record before signing again. QUEUED or REJECTED is unfinished. 解决阻止项后，填写姓名与工号，确认声明并签名一次。等待 SIGNED，记录证书编号，并核对已保存证书属于本机。若响应丢失，再次签名前先检查已保存记录。QUEUED 或 REJECTED 均表示未完成。

The handwritten Android certificate and the Partner factory FAT signature are separate. Complete the physical tests, Android upload/certificate, final truthful FAT rows, then the Partner build/signoff last. A board handshake does not prove every lane dispenses. 安卓手写证书与工厂 FAT 签字是两份记录。先完成实体测试和安卓证书，再提交真实 FAT 结果，最后完成 Partner 工厂签字。主板握手不等于每条货道出货通过。

Do not ship with missing signatures or unresolved physical tests. Verify both saved signatures and include the evidence pack. 缺少签字或实体测试问题未解决时，不得发运。请核实两份已保存签字，并附上完整验收资料。

4. After the ocean · 运抵美国仓

  1. Super admin marks the serial Received at USA warehouse in Operator X → Super admin fleet. 超级管理员在 Operator X「超级管理员机队」中把编号标为「美国仓已收货」。
  2. The intended operator claims the serial, sets the venue and host arrangement, verifies the fitted reader or live QR payments, loads actual stock and resolves readiness checks. Verify a real purchase, payment and product delivery. 指定运营商认领编号、设置场地及场地方安排，核实实际读卡器或正式二维码支付，装入真实库存并解决就绪检查问题，再验证实际购买、支付和出货。
  3. Complete the separate operator delivery acceptance only after verifying the condition and resolving the host gate. Confirm go-live and return to the locked storefront. Warehouse receipt, delivery acceptance and go-live are separate milestones. 确认设备状态且场地方前置条件已满足后，再单独完成运营商收货验收。核实上线状态并返回锁定的售卖界面。仓库收货、交付验收和上线是三个独立节点。
